Located in the heart of the medina, Rue des Consuls is one of Rabat’s most iconic streets. Once home to foreign diplomats, it is now a must-see destination for discovering traditional Moroccan crafts. Under its ornate arcades, you will find a multitude of shops selling Berber carpets, pottery, silver jewelry, babouches, finely crafted metal lamps, jellabas, leather goods, and silk fabrics. This recently restored pedestrian street offers a warm and authentic atmosphere, ideal for strolling and finding unique souvenirs.
